Program Goals and Objectives

Goals

Curriculum selections will be determined by initial assessments, report cards, IEPs and any information provided by parents during the initial assessment process. We will communicate with classroom teachers each month by mail and email.

We incorporate classroom teachers' concerns into individual student programs. We will completeall required School District forms on a timely basis and submit them to parents, classroom teachers and School District. Each student learning packet is reviewed by a member of the Arline team after each session is completed. We will make appropriate changes (skill taught, material used, level of work) after every instructional session.

Objectives

Arline Site Directors will meet with individual parents/guardians to discuss assessments results, at which point the director will also review short and long term goals for the learner and make any additions the parent requests. Short term goals will be addressed during every parent meeting and every interaction with a classroom teacher.

Students' progress on all learning goals and objectives will be reported in writing to parents, classroom teachers and Title One Representatives on a monthly basis unless otherwise requested. Each learner will complete a progress assessment at the completion of the program, from which a final program progress report summary will be provided to all fore mentioned parties.
